Three Hurt in Two-Vehicle Crash on I-70 Dr in Columbia, MO

Columbia, MO (September 21, 2026) – On Monday morning, September 21, three people were hurt in a two-vehicle wreck on Northwest Interstate 70 Drive at Garden Drive. 

Emergency units closed the road for a time and then reopened it around 7:50 a.m. Columbia Fire Department trucks, an ambulance, and police patrol cars responded to the scene. 

Fire officials said the three people were taken away by ambulance. The severity of their injuries has not been clarified. 

Investigators are still working to learn what led up to it. 

We are thinking of the three injured people as they recover.
